Bio
Born in Sardinia, I have always been attracted to martial arts and particularly to kickboxing. During my career I gained a kickboxing black belt and competed and won titles at national levels.
My approach to personal training is influenced by my background as a fighter and my understanding of the human body gained from my Sport Science Degree and extensive working with numerous clients covering both a Biomechanics and a Psychology perspective.
I have created and refined a method made of holistic cross-training techniques which has proven highly successful with my clients who aim to develop and maintain a lean, flexible and strong body throughout the years.
My method blends my personally developed nutritional approach with strength and conditioning techniques alongside kickboxing training techniques, and motivational strategies.
